FETEN 2026, one of the main Spanish performing arts markets for young audiences, launches the call for companies to participate in the 2026 edition. The event will take place in Gijón from 21 February 2026 to 27 February 2026.
The call for proposals is open to professional companies presenting performances within the various fields of the performing arts, encompassing all stage languages (theatre, circus, dance, puppetry, object theatre, musical, clown, documentary, installations, exhibitions, etc.) aimed at children and family audiences, whether created for indoor venues or outdoor spaces. Proposals may be small-, medium-, or large-scale, and/or designed for alternative spaces, and may combine multiple genres and techniques.
Other shows for young people and/or adults may also have a place in a complementary program of the fair (special attention paid in this case to proposals involving visual arts, movement, music and humor).
Priority will be given to shows premiered from October 2024 onwards.
A company may submit more than one project, provided that a separate registration is completed for each proposal.
