The Almagro International Classical Theater Festival, with the aim of promoting and favouring the scenic creation of Golden Age texts aimed at children, announces the 8th International Contest Barroco Infantil.
They are looking for performances based on, inspired by or using texts from the Golden Age in Spanish. The performance may be represented in their original language. The work may not have been released before January 1st, 2016. Read the entire call here!
Deadline
Proposals may be submitted until 10th February 2019. Fill out the application form here!
Financial Support
Selected proposals for 8th International Children’s Baroque Contest, will be granted with financial support, from which each company selected will have to cover all the costs associated with their participation (salaries, transport, board and lodging, etc.). The grants will range between 1.000€ and 3.000€ for national proposals and between 2.000€ and 6.000€ for international proposals.
