Happy New Ears – Music Theatre for Young Audiences; an international congress will bring together participants from across Europe already active in the field of music theater for young audiences or curious to do so and national and international artists who are leading the way in the field. Experiment spaces and group discussions in conjunction with performances featured in the festival of the same will offer an environment for discussion and reflection on, amongst others, the following questions: What is contemporary Music theatre for Young Audiences and how does it presents itself in Germany and Europe? And, how can the development of experimental work methods and new performance approaches be nurtured for the future?
