🌱 A space for encounter and creation
I led a 3-hour master class, entitled “From Writing to Stage”, bringing together playwrights, directors, and actors. The program included: improvisations on a shared theme, reflection on stage writing for children, discussions on the cultural and economic challenges of the sector, and perspectives to strengthen youth theatre in Togo.
✍🏾 Youth Writing Workshop
Alongside, I conducted a 5-day writing workshop with 15 children aged 8 to 12. Goal: to plant the seeds of a new generation of young writers, nurturing the future of youth theatre in Togo.
🎭 Bë lugume: a first step
On July 25th, we held a public reading of the play *Bë lugume*. The warm reception highlighted the importance of creating sensitive and inspiring works for children. The final version will be completed in September 2025.
