Just like every year, ASS?TEJ – Azerbaijan attaches great importance to expansion and further development of the creative ties with foreign theaters.

As the result of negotiations between the foreign state theaters and State Theatre of Young Spectators, the troupe of Vladikavkaz State Theatre of Young Spectators (Russian Federation, Republic of North Ossetia – Alania) will visit Azerbaijan and will demonstrate the performance  “Once Upon a Time” (O.Rozum) to the young spectators on 6-9 April of this year.

Azerbaijan State Theatre of Young Spectators will make a tour to the Georgia State Professional Theatre of Young Spectators within 2 days, to the Vladikavkaz State Theatre of Young Spectators within 3 days, and then to the Chechnya Republic State Theatre of Young Spectators in Grozny within 2 days with the performance “Naughty Goat” by Parvin from April 17 – 30.

During that visit, Director of ASTYS, the President of ASSITEJ Azerbaijan, Mubariz Hamidov will meet with leaders of ASSITEJ of Georgia and Russia National Centers.

Another group from the theater will take part in an International Theatre Festival from April 17-27. The Third International Classic Russian Drama Theatre Festival “Hot Heart” will be held in Kineshma, Russian Federation (Ivanovo region). Our country will be represented with “Madman Notes” of N.V.Gogol.
