Sherlock – A work meeting of ASSITEJ Liechtenstein and ASSITEJ Switzerland in co-operation with TAK Theater Liechtenstein

Sherlock is a biennial continuing education offer for theatre workers from Switzerland, Liechtenstein and foreign countries.

On the 25th and 26th of September 2016, around thirty theater workers for a young audience came together in Schaan (Liechtenstein) under the motto: ”Aufbrechen“ (to set out for).

The programme included a lecture by Dr. Tom Maguire (Ulster University, Ireland) on the subject of «Tools for Reflection in TYA: From Practise to Research», a visit of the theatre performance «De koningin is verdwenen» of the Kopergietery Gent, at TAK Liechtenstein followed by a workshop with Dominique Collet (Kopergietery, Belgium) and laboratories about issues as «partnership» and «starting points» with Bernd Mand (cultural journalist, Germany).

In different laboratories the participants examined section specific networks, debated partnerships under changed politico-cultural conditions and designed visions for the ASSITEJ as a strong association to be taken seriously.

We look back happily and contentedly on the two stimulating and intense days.

Many thanks to all persons involved!
