Voting Information

Each member can attend the General Assembly with a delegation of up to three people. If you wish to participate with more people, please write to the Secretary General.

ASSITEJ Affiliates are encouraged to attend but will not have the right to vote.

Voting will happen online through electionrunner.com.

Deadline

Voting will open after the second online session on 22 May 09:00 AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).

The voting deadline is 28 May 23:59 AEDT.

Ballots by Email

The voting ballot will be sent to the member’s registered email address in the Association’s Member Book. Members can update the address by sending an email to the voting commission.

How to Vote

To cast your vote, you will receive an email from ASSITEJ. In this email, you will find your online voting ballot with instructions on how to cast your vote.

The email will have the subject “Vote: General Assembly” sent by the service electionrunner.com

Each ASSITEJ National Centre or International Professional Network has one vote.
