Join us from 20–24 October in Narva for NAKS Festival, an international gathering dedicated to outstanding performing arts for young audiences.
This year’s theme is “Big and Small Dreams”, inviting artists and audiences alike to explore imagination, hope, and the many ways dreams shape our world — both big and small.
NAKS brings together a diverse range of productions — regardless of genre, company structure, or scale — with one shared goal: to present fresh, high-quality performances that resonate with young audiences. The festival creates a unique opportunity to highlight these works, bringing them closer to young people and into the wider public spotlight.
Over the years, NAKS has welcomed both local artists and leading international companies, creating a safe, inspiring, and friendly environment for exchange, dialogue, and shared experiences.
International programme highlights include:
– “SHEL WE” by Le Moana Theater (New Zealand)
– “The Study of Losses” and “ABC” by Kompani Giraff (Sweden)
– “Fabsurdia” by Theater Krepsko (Czechia–Finland)
Estonian companies participating:
United Dancers of Zuga, Kuressaare Theatre VAT Theatre, Mikstheatre, Piip and Tuut Teatre, Big Wolf Company, Circusstudio Folie, Theatre Flying Cow, Dragonnest
What to expect:
