When the world has been drawn together in the strangest of ways through the global pandemic; when shared hardship has highlighted the greatness and kindness that human beings are capable of; It is horrifying to contemplate war and its impact on all our lives, in any country and at any time. 

We must not forget that conflict affects children and families everywhere. There is no war or people that means less than another. Prejudice revealed during times of crisis must not go unnoticed.
