GONG Children and Youth Theatre in Sibiu (Romania) launches a call for international artists to perform at this year’s Sibiu Young Festival (2nd – 11th November 2018). A performance fee and travel support is available for selected artists and groups.
The Sibiu Young Festival offers a captivating program designed both for children and teenagers, while bringing together the whole family for an energizing experience. From animated shows for toddlers, to the magic of circus and puppets for kids, all the way to eclectic theatre and dance shows for youngsters, the festival brings viewers closer to what is new in the field of performing arts and puts a light on the current issues that new generations of parents and educators face nowadays.

The Sibiu Young Festival strives for a deep look inside the contemporary arts scene and to establish long term collaborations.
If your proposal has never been showcased in Romania before, please send us the following data to be considered for selection:

full recording of your show (DVD or web-link);

technical rider;
-
number of people on tour (names and function);
Please submit your file either by email at info@teatrulgong.ro or by post. Please understand that besides the artistic value of your project we, also, must limit our selection to the technical specifications of our venues. Please understand that the files sent for submission will not be returned to sender. All proposals will be notified about the results no longer the end of June.
