Historically the three countries of Korea, China and Japan are truly inseparable friends. Three heads of ASSITEJ Korea, China and Japan made an agreement in 2015 to host Three Countries’ Performing Arts Festival by turn, in order to develop good relationships with each other away from politics.
Last year it was held in Beijing, this year in Seoul and the next edition will be in Japan. This year ASSITEJ Korea arranged a roundtable talking about the reality of professional playwrights engaged in children’s plays in Korea, China and Japan. To those who want to watch all three countries’ performing arts for children in one place, it would be a great choice to attend.
