We advise against sending the applications via the South African Post Office at this point.

How many performances will the artists at Festival perform?

How will artists be paid for their performances?

Depending on the application, artists will be offered one of 3 deals:

•    a fee for their performance,
•    a partial fee and door split
•    a 70/30 door split to the artists.

 

Is Travel and Accommodation covered?
All artists coming from outside of Cape Town will have their ground travel, accommodation, and per diems covered, but international travel will be for the responsibility of the artists/companies. However, ASSITEJ SA will work with artists, the SA Department of International Relations and other parties and potential fundraisers to assist with fundraising for travel wherever this is possible.

When will artists be notified?
