This festival is an annual performing arts festival for children and young people which takes place in Okinawa and Tokyo. The festival celebrated its 10th anniversary last year.
This year the festival has launched a new logo and nickname: ricca ricca*festa. ricca ricca means ‘let’s go’ in Okinawan dialect.
ricca ricca*festa 2015 presents 38 productions from 17 countries over 9 days. The festival also hosts several international collaborative productions, symposiums and related events. Please visit the website for full programme.
