The winner of the PRIX ASSITEJ Switzerland/Suisse/Svizzera/Svizra 2025 is the actress, author and initiator of ‘Kulturkosmonauten’.

Pamela Dürr’s passion for theatre and her commitment to youth development make her an outstanding personality on the Swiss cultural scene.
Since 2004, working with and for young people has been a central component of her artistic work. She is exceptionally committed to theatre for young audience and cultural education. In addition to play texts for youth theatre, she creates radio plays, theatre and opera productions for young audiences.

This programme offers young people creative workshops and implements projects for a diverse, democratic society and cultural participation.
The award ceremony took place as part of the Swiss Theatre Meeting at the Theater Casino Zug.
ASSITEJ Switzerland/Suisse/Svizzera/Svizra, the Swiss section of the International Association of Children’s and Youth Theatre, has once again been awarding the PRIX ASSITEJ Switzerland/Suisse/Svizzera/Svizra annually since 2020.
This cultural prize is awarded to a deserving personality, group or institution in recognition of artistic or cultural achievements in the field of performing arts for a young audience.
The 2026 award ceremony will take place as part of the ‘jungspund’ festival between 26 February and 6 March 2026 in St. Gallen (www.jungspund.ch)
