National Centre Toolkit

This document is a toolkit to support ASSITEJ National Centres’ establishment, maintenance, and renewal. Specifically, the toolkit outlines the role that National Centres can and do play, the possible contexts and structures that may affect how they work, and the kinds of programmes they may implement. It is designed to guide new ASSITEJ National Centres to launch and as a means for established Centres to review their operations and refresh their ideas. Members have provided case studies throughout to illustrate the various approaches to becoming, and running, a National Centre.
