Welcome to the 23d edition of Krokusfestival!
The Krokus-team welcomes you between 19 and 27 February 2020 in Hasselt, Belgium, for a week full of artistic adventure, fascinating theatre, energetic dance, wonderful music, amazing puppets, interactive installations … and (y)our guide are the children and families!
34 companies, 21 Belgian and 13 international ones (from Canada, Brazil, Chile, Norway, Denmark, The Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Switzerland), 5 premières, 13 Belgian premières. New shows by emerging artists, challenging work-in-progress and an inviting professional network: symposium on sustainability, symposium on digital arts in TYA and different artistic exchanges!
Krokusfestival is an international arts festival for young audiences with a special focus on adventurous new creations and companies/artists and with a heart for contemporary dance for young audiences. Krokusfestival also co-produces artists, presents work-in-progress and has a residential workspace HET LAB. The festival is an international meeting-place and reflects on cross-continental mutual artistic exchanges.
