🌍 Edinburgh, GBR
🗓 9 August 2019

This is a must-attend free event for theatre professionals passionate about new writing on the international stage. Different Stages International will be Livestreamed and BSL interpreted. You can also join through a livestream!

The event comprises:

  • A keynote speech, from David Greig, award-winning playwright and Artistic Director of Edinburgh’s Lyceum Theatre. David will address the importance of international collaboration; personal experiences of working in partnership, and the need for all of us to be ambitious, brave and outward looking.
  • Round table discussions facilitated by professional playwrights and theatre practitioners. These sessions allow you to share different experiences; models and practice; challenges and success stories – and get to know as many new people as possible.
  • An informal drinks reception giving you the opportunity to take conversations further and meet delegates you might not yet have had the chance to.

Join playwrights, translators, promoters, producers, directors, dramaturgs and others, from all over the world, as we gather for a vital conversation about the place of new writing internationally.
