Besides the 14 members who were elected at the General Assembly Kenjiro Otani from ASSITEJ Japan was co-opted as a full member with voting rights by the Executive Committee, after the elections.
Besides his professional qualifications and experience, he was co-opted in order to establish the conditions for an efficient work process towards the next World Congress in Tokyo as well as to create a broader Asian representation in the EC.
Kenjiro Otani is theatre director of "Company Ma" and board member in ASSITEJ Japan.
