Theater Initiative for the Pearl of Africa Children (TIPAC) Festival 2025
Join us for a magical two-day celebration of children’s talent at the National Theatre Uganda (Uganda Cultural Center) from 26th to 27th April 2025! The TIPAC Festival is a vibrant children’s theater event where children take center stage to perform for fellow children through music, dance, and drama.

Our mission is to showcase the incredible potential of young performers and prove that children, too, can lead and shine in the world of theater. Come celebrate creativity, culture, and the future of performing arts in Uganda—led by the children, for the children!
