Edo State Children Book & Art Festival (EDCBAF) centers on the theory and practical training of the child in education, and expression of art. Its programme is geared towards exposing, equipping and facilitating the child with the necessary skill, techniques and materials in enhancing his/her creative mind. It is aimed to create the biggest platform for the expression of the child through the proper focus, instruction and co-ordination of the artistic skills.
