Description

Festival “Mali Marulic” was founded to motivate writers to write for puppet and children’s theatre. It shows performances of the texts of Croatian writers that were among those that applied and were chosen by the Festival selector. Mali Marulic is the festival of competitive kind and it’s awards for the best performances are decided by a five member expert jury. One of the awards is given by a children’s jury, consisting of five members. There is also a competition for the category of best drama text for puppet and children’s theatre. The competition begins on the first day of the festival and lasts until January of next year. The awards are financial.
