Governance
ASSITEJ International maintains various constitutional documents for the purposes of good governance, clear communication, expectation-setting, and legal compliance. These include the Constitution, Code Of Conduct, Executive Committee Meeting Minutes, Policies & Protocols Handbook, General Assembly Minutes, and the Working Plan.
The governing body of the Association consists of the General Assembly and the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee comprises a maximum of fifteen (15) members with the right to vote, including the President, three Vice Presidents, the Secretary General, and the Treasurer.
