The theme of the Conference is: Examining intercultural exchange and diversity in theatre for young audiences. The conference involves both a two-day academic program called the ITYARN Conference, co-hosted by University of Cape Town Drama Department and University of the Witwatersrand, Drama for Life, and a series of Focus Days, which combine academic research with artistic practices and sharing.

There will be a special dinner at Gold restaurant for those Conference delegates who would like to dine together on 16th May. Booking for this is on a first come-first served basis, and places are limited. Please note that this is for the delegate’s own expense.
